Nivi Credit Srl (hereafter referred to as “Nivi”) pays a special attention to all aspects concerning the privacy of clients/users. This page is meant to describe the website management system with reference to personal data of clients/users who access it.
This is a general information in strict accordance with the principles of Law Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 “Rules in the field of personal data protection” (hereafter referred to as “Law) (ex-Law n. 675/1996), available to those who access Nivi website through the following links: http://www.nivicredit.it and http://www.nivi.it (hereafter referred to as “Websites”).

Holder of the processing is Nivi Credit Srl, located in Via Odorico da Pordenone 20, 50127 Firenze, Taxpayer number and VAT code n° 04105740486, in the person of its pro tempore Legal Representative.

Data Manager is Eng. Paolo Peruzzi, domiciled for the purpose of the office of Nivi Credit Srl.

Place and data processing procedures. Personal data concerning the access of websites are processed at Nivi headquarter as notified to the competent Authority. Personal data will be mainly performed by electronic or however automated means

Types of personal data and purpose of processing:

Navigation data

Computer/I.T. data processing systems and software procedures for the functioning of this web site collect, during their ordinary working processes, some personal data whose transfer is implied in the use of Internet communication protocols.
These pieces of information are not being collected to be associated to identified concerned parties, but, by their own nature, they could all to identify the users by means of processing procedures and associations with data being hold by third parties, and which could be performed upon express demand of Judicial Authorities only.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers, which users employ to connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the required resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained as a reply, the numerical code showing the status of the reply given by the server (successful conclusion, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the user’s operating system and computer environment. These data represent the register of connections. Nivi makes use of these data for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information concerning the use of the site and of monitoring its correct functioning. The register of connections is afterwards kept at the disposal of Judicial Authorities and shown upon express request only.

Data provided voluntary by the User

Data provided by the user in order to obtain additional information regarding our services, will be processed by Nivi staff, manually and through electronic devices, with the purpose of answering requests for information, sending directly or through a person in charge advertising/information material if required, as well as for marketing purposes, promotional activities and the dispatch of information material on Nivi activities and the presentation of its new services.
While performing its services, Nivi can ask for assistance to external companies who carry out activities connected and functional to contacts with users.
The optional, explicit and voluntary e-mail addresses listed on our site involves the subsequent acquisition of personal data, such as for example the e-mail address used by Nivi to meet the demands of the customer/user. Except as indicated above, the data will not be released to third parties. Beside from what specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data required by Nivi from time to time. If not provided, services and information requested will not be furnished.

Cookies. In this connection, no user’s personal datum is collected by the site. Cookies are not employed to convey personal information.

For convenience of the concerned party, we report hereafter the rights that are recognized to him/her according to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003:

Legislative Decree n.196/2003, Art. 7 - Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights

1. The party concerned is entitled to obtain the confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist, regardless of their being already recorded or not, and their communication in an intelligible form.

2. The concerned party is entitled to obtain information concerning:
  a) the source of personal data;
  b) the processing purposes and methods;
  c) the logic applied if the processing is performed by using electronic means;
  d) the identification details concerning the holder, data controllers and the appointed representative as per article 5, subsection 2;
  e) the subjects, entities or categories of subjects the personal data can be communicated to or who can get to know the above mentioned data, in their quality as appointed representative within the State’s territory, as data controllers/processors or officers in charge of the processing.

3. The concerned party is entitled to obtain:
  a) the updating, the rectification or, whenever interested therein, the integration of data;
  b) The cancellation, the anonymization or the blocking of data, that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is not compulsory in connection with the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
  c) The certification to the effect that the procedures as per points a) and b), as for their content too, have been notified to those subjects, who were informed about the data, except for the case in which this requirement proves to be impossible or implies the use of manifestly disproportionate means as compared with the right that is to be protected.

4. The concerned party is entitled to oppose, completely or partially:
  a) on legitimate grounds, the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
  b) the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct selling material or for the purpose of fulfilling market surveys or business communication.
