We have been working in credit management for more than 50 years, both for private companies and public entities, where our clients are of primary importance. Our debt collection services are certified to ISO9001-2008. We are members of TCM Global Debt Collection (the Group works in more than 150 countries) and their exclusive representative in Italy, collaborating when we offer our services to clients who work abroad.
We are UNIREC associate member (the National Union of debt collection companies which belongs to FENCA, Federation of European National Collection Associations). We are also accredited by public international entities.
Since July 2010 our agency has been associated to ACA International (The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals), the largest American association of debt collection agencies. The above-mentioned facts enable us to count on our correspondents all over the world, complying with International Laws in force concerning debt collection and privacy.
In February 2011 Nivi Credit collaborated intensively with UNIREC and ADICONSUM (an important consumers association) for founding a bilateral entity, EBITEC, which is the first European example of an agreement between the entities representing the counterparts of the same procedure. The undersigning of the above-mentioned bilateral agreement lead to the establishment of a deonthological protocol, with which all the agencies involved in credit management have to comply, in order not to infringe upon debtor rights, as well as privacy regulations.
